Our candidates have completed training or studies as a nurse in their home country, German language skills at B1 level and professional experience.

Eluca recruits care workers from both EU and non-EU countries. We only recruit in countries where there is no shortage of care workers. Our focus is on recruiting caregivers from countries that have a sufficient surplus of qualified staff to ensure that care in the countries of origin is not compromised.
