Our vision is to combat the shortage of skilled nursing staff and ensure that our generation receives the high-quality care it deserves. At the same time, we strive for a care sector that is characterised by diversity and inclusion and in which care workers receive the recognition and support they deserve.
Our mission is to provide forward-looking support to care facilities and offer international care professionals new opportunities in Germany. Through innovative solutions and commitment, we foster a strong and diverse care community that meets the needs of facilities and enables talented professionals to realise their dreams in a new country.
We are passionate about recruiting care professionals in a fair and ethical way. Our goal is to build a trustworthy relationship with our professionals, to value their skills and experience and to integrate them into the German labour market in the best possible way.
